Styling by ZONK = You and Me working together to bring out your truest spirit through fashion, style, color, and fit!
Style Philosophy #1: When working with a client (for personal style services) or styling for photo shoots, is to make the client/model feel, first and foremost: COMFORTABLE. Style should not come at a painful price, but should express your truest sense of your spirit...whether you wanna pull a more sophisticated work look together, or you wanna put some wild costume together for a party, IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE COMFORTABLE... Perfect FIT is imperative!
Style Philosophy #2: Making sure you feel confident and inspired as the client/model. Styling is costuming and when you put a "look" together, it's like putting a costume together for an actor in a theatrical production: What's your character? And how confidently can you pull that character off? We will work together to make sure you are 100% CONFIDENT when you hit the streets, the office or the dance floor!
Style Philosophy #3: We don't follow trends, WE SET TRENDS! My own, personal styling, on the day to day, usually consists of classics meets color, texture and/or POP! It's important to trust your instinct, but also to push your boundaries. I like to work from a base of Black and add color, and accessories with over-doing it!
